London Design Week 2023

Susi Bellamy are pleased to announce the anticipated launch of our new collection at London Design Week 2023. For the first time, we are exhibiting at Chelsea Harbour as part of this exhibition that pioneers the best of British design on the global stage.  It is the culmination of a lot of preparation and we are thrilled with the result.  We hope you like it?

We have chosen to style the collection with faux bamboo open shelving to highlight our latest wallpaper and to give a modern Chinoiserie feel to the new designs. Our marbled wallpapers also work framed for a decorative feel or to add some pretty maximalism to an interior. Here are Lauren and I manning the stand!  Porta Romana lighting have supplied the exquisite gold Clam mirror, Forest table lamps and Daphne floor lamp and used our fabric for the shades.

One of the features of our Design Week stand is the Georgian-style George Smith sofas; who make exceptional upholstered furniture, using traditional techniques. A fellow North-East based business with an emphasis on enduring British-made luxury, it felt right to come together and celebrate our exquisite prints with their soft-furnishing mastery

The sofas are made using artisanal methods - building on a wooden frame using metal springs and horse hair as the primary stuffing material to create a sumptuous depth to the piece. We will also be showcasing our inaugural rug design, created and hand crafted by Christopher Farr.
